This disclosure log contains information released by Legal Aid ACT under the Freedom of Information Act 2016 (ACT).
The log includes access applications, decision notices and documents released to applicants. Information is published between 3 and 10 working days after a decision is made.
Applications for access to personal information are not published. Information about an applicant's business, commercial, financial or professional affairs may also be excluded where publication would be unreasonable.

If you are seeking a copy of your Legal Aid ACT file, certain documents from your file, or other personal information, please contact the Legal Aid ACT section that assisted you. You should provide ID, and detail the information you are seeking. In many cases, information can be provided without the need for a formal FOI application.
