Community Legal Centers
Community Legal Centres in the ACT
Community legal centres (CLCs) are independent organisations that provide legal advice and advocacy for a range of individuals and groups in the community, especially those who are on low incomes or otherwise disadvantaged in their access to justice. There are six CLCs in the ACT that work in cooperation with each other and Legal Aid ACT to ensure that legal aid services are available to all people in need in the Territory. This website includes contact details for the CLCs in the ACT and other parts of Australia.

ACT Law Handbook
The aim of this project is to develop a free-access ACT Law Handbook Online located on the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) website, utilising a 'wiki-like' platform and interface, developed by AustLII. The project will use the text of the 2013 ACT Law Handbook Online, published originally by SoftLaw Community Projects, as a base on which to build an up-to-date online resource.
