Salary range Legal 3 $117,614 - $136,995 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
Permanent full-time
Full PBI salary packaging available – adds approximately $5K to your take home pay
Legal Aid is seeking suitably a qualified Supervising Lawyer Legal 3 for our Family Practice.

Family Practice lawyers provide advice and guidance on parenting arrangements, separation/ divorce including property division maintenance, child protection for children/parents, court applications and advocacy.
Supervising Lawyers may be expected to supervise a small team of legal and support staff, including internships and/or student placements. A Family Practice Supervising Lawyer will have the ability to appear as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
